I want your special day to be absolutely perfect, and to do that I believe that a planner should have a more hands-on and personal role in the planning. This is the reason that I refer to this package as a month-of package. I don't just want to carry out a timeline for the day- I want to share your vision and execute it seamlessly. Day-of Timeline
I will be working with you and your vendors to create the perfect day-of timeline and distributing it to them before the big day. The timeline is the most important piece to ensure that your special day runs smoothly. Wouldn't you want to leave this part to a professional?

Facilitating Setup
Facilitating set-up the day of the wedding. I will be at the venue during setup to make sure that the venue is up to your standards and that everything is set up in its proper place, ready for you to walk down the aisle

Coordination
On-the-floor coordination on the wedding day. I will be the go-to person for everything on your wedding day so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the day

All Week-of Communication
The week leading up to your wedding should be stress-free. Let me take care of all of the last minute communication so that you can focus on how excited you are to be marrying your best friend.

Important Paperwork
I will keep track of all of your vendor contracts to make sure that everything that is promised gets delivered. And I will hold onto your marriage license until it is ready to be signed. I will facilitate the signing, so you don't have to worry about it!

Appointments
2 free in-person or virtual appointments. Use these free meetings as a tool to ask me any questions you have about the overall planning process. You can ask for advice, vendor recommendations, or just have someone to talk to who understands how stressful it can be to plan a wedding. We'll also cover details that I need to know about your wedding and discuss anything that might need attention.

Vendor Recommendations
I regularly attend networking mixers and participate in vendor collaborations to make friends with vendors just for you! I know many different vendors in each category who have different styles to match your unique needs!

Unlimited Communication
Unlimited emails and phone calls to your coordinator. I don't believe in limiting communication with couples once they've hired my services. I'm in this industry because I love to help people as much as I can!

Problem- Solving
If any last-minute problems arise the day of your wedding, or even a few days before I will use all of my expertise to come up with solutions before coming to you first. You deserve to focus on what's important- getting excited about your wedding.
